On-line ordering is done by clicking the button add to basket on the products pages to place the item in your shopping basket.

You will notice next to each item a quantity of 1 is shown. If you want more than 1 then click add button, the page will then reload with the new calculation of price and postage will be shown.

If you wish to continue shopping then click continue shopping at ajb aqua above the pay now button.

You may check, amend, and delete items from your Basket at any time by selecting Basket from the navigation bar at the top of the page.

When you are ready to place your order you should click on Basket from the menu on the top of the page. Your order will be displayed along with product descriptions, quantities and prices, carriage cost and the order total. The weight shown is to calculate the postage not the actual weight of the items

Click the pay now button will take you through to our secure credit card server Nochex or PayPal

You will need to complete the form with your delivery details and credit card information. Click continue

Finally to send us the order, just press the Confirm Payment button where your order and postal details are sent to us.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order and we will send you an email when your order has been dispatched normally 1 working day.

If an item is returned to us due to the buyer not collecting it from their sorting office or due to the buyer providing an incorrect or incomplete address the following applies. We will only re-send the item once the buyer has repaid for the necessary postage. Or as an alternative we will refund the cost of the item (but not the postage cost) once the buyer has agree to cancel the transaction. No restocking fee will apply.

Should you be unhappy with an item we have sent you please contact us with in 3 days of the date of the receipt.

Buyers can return items within 7 days of receiving their parcel. Buyers must pay the return postage and packaging costs on items returned. Items must be returned in their original packaging in a saleable condition. Once received we will request that you mutually cancel the transaction before a refund will be issued. No restocking fee will apply. This does not affect your legal rights.
